Statutes for Fjellhamar FK's fund.

§ 1 Purpose The purpose of the fund is to provide financial support to members of FFK who have financial challenges. The purpose is to allow the individual football player to participate in the same activities that the rest of the football team offers. Support will primarily be provided for equipment, tournament deductibles, travel, pocket money, etc. Members can also apply for support for other expenses related to membership. The fund will be one of the means to be able to include "as many as possible, for as long as possible". The membership fee cannot be covered by the fund in its entirety, but it can be reduced to NOK 50, -

 

§2 Fund owner The fund is managed by Fjellhamar FK through a fund committee (FU). The board has appointed a General Manager and Administrative Manager to process incoming applications.

§3 Target group The support is reserved for members who are active, and who, for resource reasons, need help/support to be able to participate fully in the club's activities.

§4 Application and award The application and any award must be documented in writing by the FU. The application can come directly from the applicant or through the team manager/coach/parent contact. Use this application form: Application for support from the Fjellhamar Fund Processing of applications The FU processes incoming proposals on an ongoing basis and is authorized to approve and reject applications. Both members of the FU must approve the application before payment. If the granted support is not used for the purpose for which it was applied for, or is in accordance with other conditions for award, all or part of the support may be required to be repaid. An upper limit of grants per applicant per year has been set at NOK 10,000.

§5 Criteria: 1. Applicants/guardians are encouraged to make their own efforts by contributing to the club's activities as far as possible 2. The fund is mainly aimed at children and young people in the target group 6-19 years old. However, applications from older players can be accommodated if the team manager/applicant believes there are special circumstances that justify this.

§6 Allocation If the application is approved, the club shall receive an invoice for the costs for the approved purpose. In the case of support for deductibles, the support shall be transferred to the team treasury of the individual team, with instructions on what the money shall be used for. The support shall not be paid in cash to the applicant(s).

§7 Funds for the fund The club may contact the municipality, business, private individuals and voluntary organizations to request support for the fund. Any profits generated through free football schools shall be earmarked for the fund. The board of the club may propose at the annual meeting that parts of an accounting profit shall be transferred to the fund.

§8 Accounting and reporting The FU is responsible for preparing an annual report for the annual meeting of FFK. The accounts will be derived from the club's annual accounts, which shall be approved by the annual meeting.

§9 Competence If one of the members of the Fund Committee has close relations with applicants, the other members of the Fund Committee shall decide on the competence of the member. If they believe that the member is incompetent, the application shall be decided without this member's vote.

 

§10 Confidentiality All personal information related to applications shall be treated confidentially by FU members and the club.
