Information
In Fjellhamar FK (and all other sports clubs), a police certificate is required for coaches, assistant coaches, team managers and others who have tasks that involve a relationship of trust or responsibility towards minors or people with intellectual disabilities. This also applies to accommodation at cups and other events. The club is responsible for obtaining the police certificate, but it is also the coach's responsibility to be aware of the rule. The certificate must not be older than 3 months when presented. The certificate is valid as long as you hold the same role in the club.

Who must have a police certificate?
Everyone over the age of 15 who works with children under the age of 18 or people with developmental disabilities must have a police certificate.
This means EVERYONE in the club who is directly connected to these groups. Coaches, team managers, helpers, guardians at cups/overnight stays.
If you are unsure whether your role in the club requires a police certificate, please contact us and this will be considered individually. Please contact the general manager at tel: 93448081 or at dagligleder@fjellhamarfotball.no

How do I get a police certificate?
1. In order to apply for a police certificate, you must first have a purpose form (formålsskjema) from Fjellhamar FK. You can get this by sending an email to FFK at dagligleder@fjellhamarfotball.no. Then state which team and what role you will have on the team. Coach, team manager, parent contact, etc.
2. You must apply for the certificate yourself. The sports team cannot do so on behalf of the person.
Click on the link: Police certificate must always be applied for on the police website . Start by choosing the route we have marked here when you enter the page. Remember that you must have valid identification when you apply. (ID card, passport, driver's license, etc.). Its possible to use english as an language at the police` website.
What happens then?
3. When the application has been processed, the police certificate will be sent to you. If it is without any remarks, it must be presented to the police certificate officer at Fjellhamar FK. Presentation can be done physically, but Fjellhamar FK also has a secure digital solution for presentation. If the certificate is without any remarks, the police certificate officer will register that you have presented an unmarked certificate, but you will keep the certificate itself.
