How much does it cost to play football in FFK?
Fjellhamar football club wants to be a club where everyone should have the opportunity to participate. We therefore try to keep our fees as low as possible. It is not completely free to play for us either. Below you will see an overview of which expenses you MUST pay and which expenses you CAN get by signing up for alternative activities that the club arranges. Here you will also find information about family discounts, payment solutions and our fund.

This is the cost of playing football in FKK
There are four things you have to pay to play football in Fjellhamar. These are the membership fee, Training fee part 1, Training fee part 2, and the Activity fee.
All club members must pay a membership fee. This ensures that you are insured through the Norwegian Football Association (NFF), that you are allowed to play matches, and that you are affiliated with the club's rules and regulations.
The training fee covers the costs of coaches, equipment, administrative work, lighting, field, registration fees, etc. Only active players must pay the Training Fee. We divide this into two. Training Fee Part 1 and Training Fee Part 2.
The activity fee is determined by age. You can choose to pay the full fee or you can work it in by volunteering for various activities when the club needs help. That way you can reduce or even eliminate this entire fee. Read more below, as well as on the page about volunteering.

1.Membership fee
To play for a team, you must be a member of the club you want to play for. This applies to all teams and sports in Norway. As of 2025, the membership fee for our active members is NOK 600. Check the table below for exact prices according to age. If you do not pay the membership fee, you will not be allowed to play matches for FFK.
2.Training fee part 1
The training fee ensures that the club can cover the costs of coaches, balls and other equipment that is needed. How much you have to pay in training fees in FFK depends on your age. We divide the training fee into two parts. The first is called Training Fee Part 1 and is sent out early in the year.
3.Training fee part 2
The training fee ensures that the club can cover the costs of coaches, balls and other equipment that you need. How much you have to pay in training fees in FFK depends on your age. We divide the training fee into two parts. The second part is called Training Fee Part 2 and covers costs for the 2nd half of the year. If you start playing for FFK in, for example, August, you will only receive Training Fee Part 2.
4.Activity fee
There is also an activity fee. This also depends on age, but for most active people it is NOK 3400,- for the 2025 season. This is a fee that can be waived by helping with volunteer work at the club. You can read more about how this works here: Volunteering and voluntary work
Family discounts and rebates
If several members come from the same family, you will receive a family discount for membership. If there are two or more in the family, the maximum membership fee will be NOK 900,- in 2025. If you have a position in the club as either a coach, team leader, parent contact or participate in one of our committees or selections, the price for membership is NOK 50,-
How do we pay?
Both the membership fee and the Training Fee are sent via Spond to the person listed as the payment contact for the member. Remember that everyone in a family must have the same payment contact for the family discount to be activated.
If you need to pay in other ways, please contact the general manager; dagligleder@fjellhamarfotball.no
