FFK's history
With only 49 years of history behind it, Fjellhamar FK is still a very young club. However, sports activities at Fjellhamar have a much longer history than our founding date of June 8, 1976.
It is said by those who have been involved from the very beginning that the football club's first pioneers at Fjellhamar were a group who met to have fun with leather balls at "Myra"... yes, that's right, the small gravel pitch behind the welfare house in Myraveien along Marcus Thranes vei. Here you will find more numbers and an overview of the club's history.

Fjellhamar Stadium
Fjellhamar Stadium (Fjellhamar Sports Ground) at Haneborgveien 83 in Lørenskog municipality was built by Fjellhammer Sports Club in the 1930s. The facility was built on a vacant lot that Lorenskog municipality received around 1932 from dentist Einar Hirsch, owner of Haneborg Farm. It is now operated by Fjellhamar Football Club.
The municipality laid asphalt (for handball) on the western part of the sports field in 1967, and in 1970 a "plastic hall bubble" was built over this asphalt surface. In 2006, Fjellhamar Stadium received an artificial turf pitch after Fjellhamar Football Club itself had taken the initiative. The club received help from the municipality, which advanced playing funds and VAT. (Source: lokalhistoriewiki.no)
