Coach at Fjellhamar FK
Being a football coach involves a great deal of responsibility on several levels. Not only should you be able to contribute to sporting development, but you should also be a person present who sees everyone and can develop the team and unity. In Fjellhamar, it is often the case that parents (guardians) have the role of coach(es) at the age level of 5-12 years. For both these and others with coaching roles in the club, you will find here both requirements, tips and expectations for those who have taken on the role of coach in Fjellhamar FK. REMEMBER THAT ALL COACHES MUST HAVE A POLICE CHECK - READ MORE HERE

Fjellhamar FK's sports schedule
The sports plan is the club's management tool and ensures that there is only one club in the club when it comes to working with the players and teams in children's and youth football, as well as our senior teams. It is very important that you as a coach know and relate to FFK's sports plan. (Click to read PDF)
Police certificate
A police certificate is required from people who have roles that involve close contact with and/or a relationship of trust with children, young people and people with disabilities. It is the administration's task to ensure that everyone in the club has this, but it is desirable that coaches ensure this without being asked. Read more about how to arrange this on this page: Police certificate Fjellhamar FK

Coach forum

From time to time, external speakers also visit. Make sure to sign up for the coaches' forum when you have the opportunity!
Playing time, court and ball size

Rules and guidelines for youth football 13-16 years (external link NFF)
Children's football, an overview:
Organization
Spond is the club's tool for registering players, as well as the coach's tool for an overview of which players are on "your" team, which players should be called up for matches and a direct contact line to both players and parents. Make sure you are familiar with Spond when you become a coach. See also our track calendar

Training tips
What should you do at training today? It can often be difficult to know how to get the most out of a training session, for both adults and children. We are currently creating a bank with a number of tips for exercises that can be carried out at training in Fjellhamar. Joining our aforementioned trainer forums can also be useful in developing the content of your training routine. The link to the exercise bank will be here as soon as it is ready!

FIKS
From the age of 13, matches must be registered in the NFF's match registration program FIKS.
In FIKS you can register teams, follow up matches with goal registration, yellow and red cards, etc.
At least one person per team must be trained in FIKS, and as a coach this is a useful and important tool. You will receive training in FIKS from Fjellhamar FK. If you are unsure about using this service, you can always contact us.
