About the team leader's duties
Team managers are tasked with being the team's administrative leader and ensuring that everything practically works around the team. This includes being a link between the club/board and the team, and collaborating with the coach. This also includes parental contact in relation to close collaboration with the guardians. Below you will find useful information that may be of help to you who hold these roles.
Please contact us if there is any information you are missing!

Our team leader handbook
Being a team leader involves a number of practical tasks. Examples of this are;
- To invite at least two parent meetings annually
- Ensure that the team(s) are registered for the correct league games and cups
- to ensure that referees are booked for home matches.
- to arrange home matches. Described in the attachment HERE (Word).
- Reschedule matches if necessary (must be reported to the circuit)
- Be familiar with the rules for the relevant age group.
- Ensure that everyone is registered and has paid their dues/fees.
Several specific tasks are described in Fjellhamar FK's team manager's handbook.

Parent meetings
In collaboration with coaches, parent contacts and the FFK administration, an agenda for parent meetings is prepared. It is natural that these are held once in the spring (well before the start of the season) and once in the autumn.
Registration for league games and cups
The club arranges registration for the regular league game by agreement with the various teams' coaches/managers.
Registration for various cups and events must be arranged by the teams themselves. The teams can receive up to 10,000 in support of one cup/event per year. Other participation must be covered by the team's own funds. The Norwegian Football Association has a separate page for searching for current cups and tournaments for the different age groups and genders in Norway. We will eventually create a separate page with information and links to cups abroad. NFF's page for club tournaments in Norway
Police certificates
A police certificate is required from persons who have roles that involve close contact with and/or a relationship of trust with children, young people and people with disabilities. It is the administration's task to ensure that everyone in the club has this, but we also want team managers/parent contacts to be helpful in ensuring that this is adhered to.
More information can be found here: Police certificates

Spond, sign-up/unsign-up and payments
Spond is the club's tool for registering players, and is also used as an invoicing tool for both membership fees and training fees. It is important that the information on the various members is correct and that unpaid fees are reminded by the team manager or parent contact. An overview of "your team's" status can be obtained from the general manager at any time.
An overview of what the different age groups will pay to play football in FFK can be found here.
New players must be registered with the club. It may be a good idea to have a trial period for both the player and the team before registering them with the club. New players are then added to the team's support group. It is also good if the administration is notified that you have a new player.
Players who leave must fill out and send a player withdrawal form or notify the administration via post@fjellhamarfotball.no

The FFK Fund
Fjellhamar football has its own fund to help ensure that as many people as possible can play football. Team managers and parent contacts are very important in identifying who this may be relevant for on the various teams.
Guardians can apply for support from the fund themselves, but this can also be done in collaboration with team leaders/parent contacts.
On the FFK Fund page you will find all the information you need regarding rules, procedures and application forms for the fund,

FIX
From the age of 13, matches must be registered in the NFF's match registration program FIKS.
In FIKS you can register teams, follow up matches with goal registration, yellow and red cards, etc.
You will receive training in FIKS from Fjellhamar FK. If you are unsure about anything in using this service, you can always contact us.
